Appts can be difficult to get but had an excellent service once I was able to get in contact with the nurse & then see her in person. Reception staff always try to do the best they can.

The nurse had excellent overall customer service skills and made me feel at ease. They made me feel comfortable and treated me as an individual patient making me feel valued.

I have blood pressure but there is no option for this in next question

Just a blood test so not really involved with treatment. Reception ok but as always frustrating to get in touch by phone and on phone receptionists not very friendly ( I’m sure they are busy but not a patients fault!)

I was seen by nurse Mel on a new diabetic medication this week. She took time and explained it to me very clearly. Gave me time to ask questions and reassured me in everyway. I was very happy the way I was cared for. Langham Place Surgery should be very proud of nurse Mel and NHS should have many more like Mel. Many thanks. Anusha
